Pricing Officer definition

Pricing Officer means the County Auditor, acting as the designated pricing officer of the County to execute each Pricing Certificate. In the absence of the County Auditor, the County Judge may act as the designated pricing officer of the County to execute each Pricing Certificate.
Pricing Officer means the Superintendent of the District or the Chief Financial Officer of the District.
Pricing Officer means the President of the Board of the District or in his absence the Vice President of the Board, acting as the designated pricing officer of the District to execute the Pricing Certificate.

  • In establishing the aggregate principal amount of the Bonds, the Pricing Officer shall establish an amount not to exceed the amount authorized in Section 1, which shall be sufficient to provide for the purposes for which the Bonds are authorized and to pay the costs of issuing the Bonds.

  • Each Bond Purchase Contract or other agreement shall be substantially in the form and substance previously approved by the County in connection with the previously issued ad valorem tax debt with such changes as are acceptable to the Pricing Officer.
