Pricing Package definition

Pricing Package means the Charges under an Order Form for a particular package of Services having regard to the number of Licensed Users with a packaged pricing associated with the limits on use described in that Pricing Package.
Pricing Package means any of the pricing packages specified in Schedule 3.

  • The Pricing Package, at the Applicable Time, did not, and at all subsequent times through the completion of the offer and the sale of the Bonds on the Closing Date, will not include any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state any material fact necessary in order to make the statements therein, in the light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading.

  • Pricing Package means preferential telecom pricing offered by Etisalat to the Cardholder for subscribing to more than one telecom related service.

  • The Depositor will not file any amendment to the Registration Statement or amendment or supplement to the Final Prospectus or amendment or supplement to the Pricing Package during the period when a prospectus relating to the Bonds is required to be delivered under the Securities Act, without reasonable prior notice to the Underwriters or to which Counsel for the Underwriters shall reasonably object by written notice to the Issuer within two business days after notification thereof.

  • Each individual Testing-the-Waters Communication does not conflict with the information contained in the Registration Statement or the Pricing Package and, as of the Applicable Time, complied in all material respects with the Securities Act.

  • When considered together with the Pricing Package, each individual Testing-the-Waters Communication, as of the Applicable Time, did not, and as of the Closing Date, will not, contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact necessary in order to make the statements therein, in the light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading.
