Pricing Side Letter definition

Pricing Side Letter means the letter agreement dated as of the Closing Date, between Buyer and Seller as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Pricing Side Letter means the pricing side letter, dated as of the date hereof, among the Seller, the Buyer and the Agent, as the same may be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time.
