Pricing Side Letter definition

Pricing Side Letter means that certain letter agreement between Buyer and Seller, dated as of the date hereof, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Pricing Side Letter means that certain Pricing Side Letter, dated as of August 14, 2020, between Seller and Purchaser, entered into in connection with this Agreement, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
Pricing Side Letter means the most recently executed pricing side letter, between the Seller and Buyer referencing this Agreement and setting forth the pricing terms and certain additional terms with respect to this Agreement, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, and the terms of which are incorporated herein as if fully set forth.

  • Any and all notices (with the exception of Transaction Requests), statements, demands or other communications hereunder may be given by a party to the other by United States Postal Service, electronic mail or facsimile to Seller’s or ▇▇▇▇▇’s address specified in the Pricing Side Letter or so sent to such party at any other place specified in a notice of change of address hereafter received by the other.

  • Neither Seller nor REO Subsidiary shall move its chief executive office from the address referred to in the Pricing Side Letter or change its jurisdiction of organization from the jurisdiction referred to in Section 12(a)(1) unless it shall have provided Buyer ten (10) days’ prior written notice of such change.
