Pricing Term Sheet definition

Pricing Term Sheet means the pricing term sheet relating to the Units filed by the Corporation with the SEC and dated June 11, 2019, a copy of which is available at the SEC’s website, http://www.sec.gov, under file number 333-219088.

Pricing Term Sheet means the Pricing Term Sheet attached to the Purchase Agreement as Schedule II thereto.

Pricing Term Sheet is defined in Section 1.

Pricing Term Sheet means the pricing term sheet relating to the Series C Preferred Stock filed by the Corporation with the SEC and dated December 1, 2021, a copy of which is available at the SEC’s website, http://www.sec.gov, under file number 333-239467.
