Primary Servicer Collection Account definition
Primary Servicer Collection Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(c)(7) of this Agreement.
Primary Servicer Collection Account. An account, which shall be an Eligible Account, established by Primary Servicer for the purposes set forth in this Agreement, the income and earnings on which shall inure entirely to the benefit of Primary Servicer. For purposes of the last paragraph of Section 3.04(a) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, the Master Servicer shall direct the Special Servicer to make payment of amounts referenced therein directly to the Primary Servicer rather than the Master Servicer for deposit in the Primary Servicer Collection Account.
