Primary Services definition

Primary Services means all private utilities and all municipal services including, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, shall include: storm sewers, storm water management, sanitary sewers, watermain, roads (including base coarse asphalt and curbs and gutters), footpaths, street lighting, and drainage works and xxxxxx (including hydroseeding and landscaping).
Primary Services means road signs, public utilities, street lighting, watermains, sewers, both sanitary and storm, any pumping station, emergency accesses, community mail box pads, catch basins or other appurtenances, the base road including base asphalt, curbs and gutters, regulatory signs, lot pre-grading including Sodded Xxxxxx and retaining walls, fencing and noise attenuation facilities (including noise berms and noise fencing). Primary Services means the services specifically described on Exhibit C hereto.
