The Government Proponent shall provide a copy of any notice under this clause to the Corporation at the same time as notifying the Aboriginal Heritage Service Provider or Principal Aboriginal Heritage Consultant (as the case may be).
Executive Director means the executive director of the
Principal Investigator or “PI” is the person, designated by University, and accepted by Sponsor, who is directly responsible for executing, directing, overseeing and reporting a Sponsored Project under this Agreement.
Investment Consultant means any individual or organization employed to provide advisory services, including advice on investment objectives and/or asset allocation, manager search, and performance monitoring.
Term SOFR Administrator means CME Group Benchmark Administration Limited (CBA) (or a successor administrator of the Term SOFR Reference Rate selected by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion).
CME Term SOFR Administrator means CME Group Benchmark Administration Limited as administrator of the forward-looking term Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR) (or a successor administrator).
