Principal Exchange definition

Principal Exchange means, in respect of a Share, any stock exchange or quotation system on which such Share is listed. As of the date of this Information Statement, the Principal Exchange for each Share is as set forth under "Summary Information Regarding the Companies".
Principal Exchange means, in relation to the Underlying Index, any stock exchange or quotation system on which securities included in the Target Index are listed. As of the date of this Information Statement, the Principal Exchange is the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Examples of Principal Exchange in a sentence

  • Broker-Dealer shall only effect sales of Stock, as prescribed in Section 1.2 above, on days on which the Principal Exchange is open and the Stock trades regular way on the Principal Exchange (each such day being a “Trading Day”).
