Principal Financial Centre definition

Principal Financial Centre means, in relation to any currency, the principal financial centre for that currency provided, however, that:
Principal Financial Centre means, in relation to any currency, the principal financial centre for that currency provided, however, that in relation to euro, it means the principal financial centre of such Member State of the European Communities as is selected (in the case of a payment) by the payee or (in the case of a calculation) by the Calculation Agent;
Principal Financial Centre means, in relation to a Specified Currency or any other currency, the principal financial centre of the country of that Specified Currency or other currency, which in the case of euro, is the Euro-Zone.

  • Payments of principal shall be made only against presentation and (provided that payment is made in full) surrender of Bearer Notes at the Specified Office of any Paying Agent outside the United States by cheque drawn in the currency in which the payment is due on, or by transfer to an account denominated in that currency (or, if that currency is euro, any other account to which euro may be credited or transferred) and maintained by the payee with, a bank in the Principal Financial Centre of that currency.

  • Payments of principal shall be made only against presentation and (provided that payment is made in full) surrender of Notes at the Specified Office of any Paying Agent outside the United States by check drawn in the currency in which the payment is due on, or by transfer to an account denominated in that currency (or, if that currency is Euro, any other account to which Euro may be credited or transferred) and maintained by the payee with a bank in the Principal Financial Centre of that currency.

  • If the applicable due date for payment is not a day, other than a Saturday or Sunday, on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets are open for business in New York City or in the Principal Financial Centre of the relevant currency, delivery of the U.S. dollars will occur on the next succeeding day which is such a business day in New York City and in such Principal Financial Centre.

  • The relevant Issuer, or, in default, the Guarantor (if applicable), shall not later than 10.00 a.m. in the Principal Financial Centre for the currency in which the Notes are denominated (which, for the purposes of Notes denominated in euro, shall be the jurisdiction in which the account specified by the Fiscal Agent is located), on each date on which any payment in respect of the Notes issued by it becomes due, transfer to the Fiscal Agent such amount as may be required for the purposes of such payment.

Principal Financial Centre means such financial centre or centres as may be specified in relation to the Specified Currency for the purposes of the definition ofBusiness Day” in the ISDA Definitions or indicated in the applicable Final Terms or, in the case of Notes denominated in euro, such financial centre or centres as the Calculation Agent may select.
Principal Financial Centre means, in relation to a Series of Notes, the principal financial centre of the country of the Specified Currency or, if the Specified Currency is Euro, the Euro-zone.
Principal Financial Centre means such financial centre or centres as may be indicated in the Final Terms or Pricing Supplement or, if none are specified or “Not Applicable” is specified in the Final Terms or Pricing Supplement, such financial centre or centres as may be specified in relation to the relevant currency for the purposes of the definition ofBusiness Day” in the ISDA Definitions or, in the case of Covered Bonds denominated in euro, such financial centre or centres as the Calculation Agent may select.
Principal Financial Centre means, in relation to a Specified Currency or any other currency, the principal financial centre of the country of that Specified Currency or other currency, which in the case of euro, is the Euro-Zone and which, if the Specified Currency is Australian dollars or New Zealand dollars, shall be (i) Sydney or (ii) Auckland or Wellington, respectively.
Principal Financial Centre means, in respect of any Relevant Currency, the principal financial centre of the country of such Relevant Currency (which, in the case of Australian dollars, shall be Sydney and, in the case of New Zealand dollars, shall be Wellington and Auckland) or, in the case of euro, the Principal Financial Centre specified in the Issue Memorandum, in each case, as selected by the Calculation Agent.
Principal Financial Centre means, in relation the Notes denominated in a currency other than euro, such financial centre or centres as may be specified in relation to the relevant currency for the purposes of the definition of "Business Day" in the 2006 ISDA Definitions and, in relation to Notes denominated in euro, the principal financial centre of any of the member states in the Euro-zone;
Principal Financial Centre means, in respect of any Securities and any currency, the financial centre(s) for that currency specified as such in the Final Terms or (as applicable) the Pricing Supplement or, if none is specified, the financial centre or centres determined by the Determination Agent in its sole and absolute discretion;
