Principal-in-Charge definition
Principal-in-Charge means the representative appointed by Developer from time to time with primary responsibility for communicating with PGCPS in respect of the Project, as identified by Developer to PGCPS in writing.
Principal-in-Charge means the individual designated by Construction Manager and identified in Exhibit M to generally oversee successful and timely completion of the Project.

Principal-in-Charge. The D/CC shall designate a principal in charge for this Project, to whom the Department will address questions and concerns regarding this Contract and the D/CC’s performance. Substitution: No substitution of any “Key Principal Personnel/Employee” identified in the D/CC firm’s attached Proposal or of any of the D/CC’s contractors or consultants will be allowed without written consent from the Project Director and a completed and approved Professional Services Contract Modification form (DTMB-410).
