Principal Remittance Amount definition

Principal Remittance Amount. With respect to each Mortgage Pool and any Distribution Date, to the extent conveyed to the Trustee hereunder and received by the Master Servicer, the sum of (i) all principal collected (other than Payaheads) or advanced or otherwise remitted in respect of Monthly Payments on the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Pool during the related Due Period, (ii) all Prepayments in Full or partial Principal Prepayments received (or Prepayments in Full on Non-Servicer Obligated Mortgage Loans remitted by the related Servicer to the Master Servicer on a daily basis, which are deemed by the Master Servicer to have been received) during the applicable Prepayment Period on the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Pool, (iii) the portion of the Purchase Price of each Mortgage Loan that was purchased from such Mortgage Pool during the related Prepayment Period allocable to principal, (iv) the portion of any Substitution Amount allocable to principal paid during the related Prepayment Period with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Pool, (v) all Net Liquidation Proceeds, including Subsequent Recoveries, Insurance Proceeds and other recoveries collected and remittances made during the related Prepayment Period (including proceeds of Additional Collateral) with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Pool, to the extent allocable to principal, and (vi) any Holdback Amount applied in reduction of the principal balance of a Mortgage Loan in such Mortgage Pool during the applicable Prepayment Period, as reduced, in each case, to the extent provided in this Agreement or the applicable Servicing Agreement, by Outstanding Advances with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Pool, to the extent allocable to principal, and the applicable Pool Percentage of other amounts due to the Master Servicer, the Servicers or the Trustee, hereunder or under the Servicing Agreements, to the extent not reimbursed from amounts allocable to interest on the related Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date.
Principal Remittance Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, all amounts described in clauses (b)(i) through (iii) of the definition of Principal Distribution Amount for that Distribution Date.

Examples of Principal Remittance Amount in a sentence

  • With respect to each Mortgage Pool, if (and to the extent that) the sum of (a) the principal payments comprising the Principal Remittance Amount received during the Due Period and (b) the Realized Losses, are insufficient to make the necessary reductions of principal on the Class A and Class B Interests, then interest will be added to the Mortgage Pool’s other Interests that are not receiving Principal Relocation Payments, in proportion to their principal balances.

  • On any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the aggregate Principal Remittance Amount over (ii) the Excess Subordinated Amount, if any.

  • The Trustee shall, promptly upon receipt, deposit in the Distribution Account and retain therein the Interest Remittance Amount and the Principal Remittance Amount remitted on each Servicer Remittance Date to the Trustee by the Servicer.

More Definitions of Principal Remittance Amount

Principal Remittance Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount equal to the sum of the following amounts (without duplication) with respect to the related Due Period: (i) each Scheduled Payment of principal on a Mortgage Loan due during such Due Period and received by the Servicer on or prior to the related Determination Date or advanced by the Servicer for the related Remittance Date, (ii) all Principal Prepayments received during the related Prepayment Period, (iii) all Liquidation Proceeds, Condemnation Proceeds and Insurance Proceeds on the Mortgage Loans allocable to principal actually collected by the Servicer during the related Prepayment Period, (iv) the portion of the Repurchase Price allocable to principal with respect to each Deleted Mortgage Loan, the repurchase obligation for which arose during the related Prepayment Period, that was repurchased during the period from the prior Distribution Date through the Remittance Date for the current Distribution Date, (v) the portion of all Substitution Adjustment Amounts allocable to principal with respect to the substitutions of Mortgage Loans that occur during the calendar month in which such Distribution Date occurs, and (vi) the allocable portion of the proceeds received with respect to the termination of the Trust Fund pursuant to clause (a) of Section 9.01 (to the extent such proceeds relate to principal).
Principal Remittance Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date and the Mortgage Loans, the amount equal to the sum of the following amounts (without duplication): (i) all scheduled payments of principal due on the Due Date on such Mortgage Loans in the related Due Period and received on or prior to the related Determination Date, together with any Monthly Advances in respect thereof; (ii) all Condemnation Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds and Liquidation Proceeds allocable to principal and received during the related Principal Prepayment Period; (iii) all Principal Prepayments allocable to principal and received during the related Principal Prepayment Period; (iv) all amounts received with respect to such Distribution Date representing the portion of the purchase price allocable to principal in connection with a purchase or repurchase of a Deleted Mortgage Loan; (v) principal portion of all amounts received with respect to such Distribution Date as a Substitution Adjustment Amount and received in connection with the substitution of a Mortgage Loan and (vi) the allocable portion of the proceeds received with respect to the termination of the Trust Fund pursuant to clause (a) of Section 11.01 (to the extent such proceeds relate to principal).
Principal Remittance Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion of the Available Distribution Amount equal to the sum of (i) all scheduled payments of principal collected or advanced on the Mortgage Loans by the Servicer that were due during the related Due Period, (ii) the principal portion of all Principal Prepayments of the Mortgage Loans, if any, applied by the Servicer during the related Prepayment Period, (iii) the principal portion of all related Net Liquidation Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds and Recoveries received during the calendar month preceding the month of such Distribution Date, (iv) that portion of the Purchase Price representing principal of any purchased or repurchased Mortgage Loan, deposited to the Collection Account during the calendar month preceding the month of such Distribution Date, (v) the principal portion of the amount of any shortfall deposited in the Collection Account in connection with the substitution of a Deleted Mortgage Loan pursuant to Section 2.03 during the calendar month preceding the month of such Distribution Date and (vi) on the Distribution Date on which the Trust is to be terminated in accordance with this Agreement, that portion of the Termination Price in respect of principal.
