Principal Shares definition

Principal Shares is defined in Section 7.1.
Principal Shares means the 4,550,000 presently issued restricted shares in the common stock of the Company held by the Principal Shareholder to be transferred to Nano and its nominees as described in paragraph 2.5.
Principal Shares means the 36,000,000 presently issued restricted common shares of the Purchaser to be transferred to the Vendor as described in paragraph 2.5.
