The Representative Agreement contains provisions for convening meetings of Certificateholders to consider any matter affecting their interests, including the modification or abrogation by Extraordinary Resolution of these Conditions or of the rights of the Issuer, the Republic and/or the Certificateholders or the modification of any of the provisions of the Representative Agreement excluding any matters arising relating to the Prior Certificates.
