The Bidder shall include with its Submittal a completed and signed copy of the Attached Substantial Compliance with Prior Contracts with Public Bodies Certification.
The bidder must complete the Contractor's Record of Prior Contracts form attached to this specification at the time of submitting their bid.
Prior Contracts - Nothing in this section shall be construed to require any Federal agency to breach or renegotiate any contract in effect before the occurrence of a major disaster or emergency.
