Prior Loan Documents definition

Prior Loan Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 1.10(c).

Prior Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Prior Credit Agreement.

Prior Loan Documents means, collectively, the loan documents evidencing and/or securing the Prior Loans.

• Upon the effectiveness of this Agreement, all Loans owing by the Borrowers and outstanding under the Existing Credit Agreement shall continue as Loans hereunder and shall constitute advances hereunder, and all Letters of Credit outstanding under the Existing Credit Agreement and any of the Prior Loan Documents shall continue as Letters of Credit hereunder.

• This Agreement, the Prior Loan Documents and the Loan Documents contain the entire agreement between Secured Party and Debtor with respect to the Collateral which is the subject of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Prior Loan Documents

Prior Loan Documents means the Prior Loan Agreement and any and all other related documents entered into in connection therewith, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

Prior Loan Documents has the meaning specified therefor in Section 6.29.

Prior Loan Documents means, collectively, the Prior Credit Agreement, all guarantees and other Loan Documents (as defined therein).

Prior Loan Documents has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.24.

Prior Loan Documents means those documents listed on Schedule 8.1(b).

Prior Loan Documents shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 12.01(d).
