Upon the effectiveness of this Agreement, all Loans owing by the Borrowers and outstanding under the Existing Credit Agreement shall continue as Loans hereunder and shall constitute advances hereunder, and all Letters of Credit outstanding under the Existing Credit Agreement and any of the Prior Loan Documents shall continue as Letters of Credit hereunder.
