The proceeds of the Notes will be used to refund, on a current basis, an$11,745,000 portion of prior bond anticipation notes of the Township issued in the aggregate principal amount of $11,897,804 on March 29, 2022 and maturing on March 28, 2023 (the “Prior Notes”) (the remaining balance of the Prior Notes will be paid by the Township with a 2023 budgetary appropriation in the amount of $152,804).
This Note amends, restates and supersedes the Prior Notes, and is delivered in substitution for, and not in payment of, the obligations of Borrower under the Prior Notes and is in no way intended to constitute a novation of any of Borrower’s indebtedness under the Prior Notes.

No person or entity other than the Holder has any interest in the Holder’s beneficial interest in the Prior Notes.
