Prior Termination Date is defined in Section 2.6.3. “Property” of a Person means any and all property, whether real, personal, tangible, intangible, or mixed, of such Person, or other assets owned, leased or operated by such Person. “PTE” means a prohibited transaction class exemption issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, as any such exemption may be amended from time to time. “Purchasers” is defined in Section 12.3.1. “Recipient” means (i) the Administrative Agent, (ii) any Lender and (iii) the Issuing Bank, as applicable. “Refunded Swingline Loans” is defined in Section 2.2.4. 23

Related to Prior Termination Date

  • Scheduled Termination Date means the date that is 364 days from (and including) the Effective Date, or any succeeding date to which the term of this Agreement is extended pursuant to Section 2.03.
