Priority Lien Documents definition

Priority Lien Documents means the Credit Agreement and any other Credit Facility pursuant to which any Priority Lien Debt is incurred and the Priority Lien Security Documents.

Priority Lien Documents has the meaning assigned to such term in the Intercreditor Agreement.

Priority Lien Documents means, collectively, the First Lien Documents and the First-Out Documents.

• In exercising rights and remedies with respect to the Collateral, the Priority Lien Agent and the other Priority Lien Secured Parties may enforce the provisions of the Priority Lien Documents and exercise remedies thereunder, all in such order and in such manner as they may determine in their sole discretion and regardless of whether such exercise and enforcement is adverse to the interest of any Second Lien Secured Party or Third Lien Secured Party.

• Each party hereto hereby acknowledges and agrees that each of the Priority Lien Agent, the Second Lien Collateral Trustee and the Third Lien Collateral Trustee is entering into this Agreement solely in its capacity under the Priority Lien Documents, the Second Lien Documents and the Third Lien Documents, respectively, and not in its individual capacity.

More Definitions of Priority Lien Documents

Priority Lien Documents means, collectively, the Note Purchase Documents, the Loan Documents and any other indenture, credit agreement or other agreement pursuant to which any Priority Lien Debt is incurred, and the Priority Lien Collateral Documents.

Priority Lien Documents means, collectively, the ABL Credit Agreement, the ABL Intercreditor Agreement and the indenture, credit agreement or other agreement governing other Priority Lien Debt and the security documents related to the foregoing.

Priority Lien Documents is defined in the Collateral Trust Agreement.

Priority Lien Documents means, collectively, any credit agreement, indenture or other agreement governing a Series of Priority Lien Debt, any document granting a security interest in favor of such Priority Lien Debt and any intercreditor or joinder agreement among holders of Priority Lien Obligations.

Priority Lien Documents means, collectively, the Credit Agreement Documents and the credit agreement, indenture or other agreement governing or securing any other Credit Facility pursuant to which the Priority Lien Debt is incurred, and all other agreements governing, securing or related to any Priority Lien Obligations or binding on any Grantor related thereto.

Priority Lien Documents means the Priority Lien Credit Agreement, the Priority Lien Security Documents, the other “Credit Documents” (as defined in the Priority Lien Credit Agreement), any documents with respect to Hedging Obligations and Cash Management Obligations secured under the terms of the Priority Lien Security Documents and all other loan documents, notes, guarantees, instruments and agreements governing or evidencing, or executed or delivered in connection with, any Priority Lien Substitute Facility.
