In the event Business Associate imposes sanctions against any member of its workforce, agents and subcontractors for violation of the provisions of HIPAA or other applicable federal or state privacy laws, the Business Associate shall inform the District Privacy Official or the agency Privacy Officer of the imposition of sanctions.
