Privacy Requirements definition

Privacy Requirements means all applicable Privacy Laws and all applicable policies, notices, and contractual obligations relating to the Processing of any Personal Information.
Privacy Requirements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.19.
Privacy Requirements means all (i) Data Privacy Laws, (ii) internal and external privacy policies, programs and procedures, (iii) contractual obligations and (iv) applicable industry or nongovernmental regulatory body rules, regulations and standards, in each case of the foregoing (i)-(iv), to the extent relating to (x) data privacy, cybersecurity or the privacy of individuals or (y) the Processing of any Personal Information or other sensitive, regulated or confidential data by or on behalf of any Person.

Examples of Privacy Requirements in a sentence

  • Seller has not received from any Person any notice of any material claims, investigations or inquiries alleging violations of applicable Privacy Requirements or relating to Seller’s Processing of Personal Data (including Processing of Personal Data in the use of artificial intelligence or automated decision-making technology).

  • In relation to the Business, since the Lookback Date, Seller has not notified, nor has Seller been required by applicable Privacy Requirements to notify, any Person of a Security Incident.

  • To the Knowledge of the Company, neither the execution, delivery, or performance of this Agreement, nor the consummation of any of the transactions contemplated under this Agreement, will violate any of the Privacy Requirements or Privacy and Data Security Policies.

  • To the Knowledge of the Company, the Company and each Company Subsidiary has entered into with each service provider that processes Personal Information for it or on its behalf, except as such processing would not be material to the operation of the Business as currently conducted, a Contract that materially complies with applicable Privacy Requirements.

Privacy Requirements means (a) Title V of the GLB Act, (b) any applicable federal regulations implementing such act codified at 12 CFR Parts 40, 216, 332 and 573, (c) any of the Interagency Guidelines Establishing Standards For Safeguarding Customer Information codified at 12 CFR Parts 30, 168, 170, 208, 211, 225, 263, 308 and 364 that are applicable and (d) any other applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and orders relating to the privacy and security of Seller’s Customer Information, as such statutes and such regulations, guidelines, laws, rules and orders (the “Safeguards Rules”) may be amended from time to time.
Privacy Requirements means any applicable state or federal law or regulations or rules, regulations, standards and guidelines adopted or required by Payment Brands, as may be in effect or as may be enacted, adopted or determined regarding the privacy, confidentiality, use, and disclosure of Cardholder Information of any type.
