private hospital definition

private hospital means a hospital that is not a public hospital;
private hospital means any hospital or institution not directly supported by public funds, or a part thereof, which is equipped and staffed to provide inpatient care to persons with mental illness.
private hospital means a Hospital in respect of which there is in force a statement under subsection 121-5 (8) of the Act that the Hospital is a Private Hospital.

private hospital means a hospital that meets all of the following conditions:
