Private Infrastructure definition

Private Infrastructure has the meaning given in the Access Undertaking.
Private Infrastructure means track and/or associated rail transport infrastructure owned by the Owner starting at the Connecting Infrastructure as shown on the Plan detailed in Schedule 2, and as modified or upgraded from time to time;.
Private Infrastructure means any Infrastructure not owned by or dedicated to a governmental or public entity or authority in connection with the Project.

Examples of Private Infrastructure in a sentence

  • Where a new or additional coal carrying Train Service involves the use of Private Infrastructure, clause 6.4 and clause 6.3.1(c) must be applied concurrently for the purposes of setting an Access Charge.

  • Where this clause 12 applies, references to a Party or Parties in this clause 12 will include the Rail Infrastructure Manager for the Private Infrastructure which is contracted by the Private Infrastructure Owner from time to time.

  • The parties must cooperate with and assist the Rail Infrastructure Manager for the Private Infrastructure in responding to the Incident.

More Definitions of Private Infrastructure

Private Infrastructure means the infrastructure, including but not limited to the track, signalling and electrical overhead traction system (if applicable), that is not Rail Infrastructure;
Private Infrastructure means all open space areas, playgrounds, stormwater management facilities (including, but not limited to, ponds, spillways, water quality BMP’s, and drywells) and all other infrastructure which is not specifically included within the definition of Public Infrastructure.
Private Infrastructure means any improvements required to be maintained on private property by the Homeowner’s Association, including but not limited to open spaces, detention ponds, screening walls, or parks. Public Infrastructure means all water, sewer, drainage, roadway, and other public infrastructure to serve the Property.
Private Infrastructure or “Station Economic Development Projects” shall mean private streets, roads, parking, streetlights, and private amenities to be maintained by the PID specifically identified in Exhibit “B”.
Private Infrastructure means the main section of privately owned sanitary sewer line connecting to municipally owned infrastructure 61 McCaul Street to Deblaquire Street and excludes all private sanitary sewer laterals as defined in Appendix “B” to By-law 29/2018, between 329E and 329A, excluding Main branch to 329C
Private Infrastructure means all of the private infrastructure improvements to be completed by Developer to support the Project, as described in Section 2.2(b).
Private Infrastructure means rail transport infrastructure (as defined in the TIA), including but not limited to the track, signalling and electrical overhead traction system (if applicable) for which neither Queensland Rail nor Queensland Rail’s successors, assignors or subsidiaries is the Railway Manager.
