Private Label Service definition

Private Label Service means the PCS Service provided by Purchaser to its End Users under Purchaser’s label, brand and marks, utilizing the PCS Service provided to Purchaser by Sprint under this Agreement.
Private Label Service means the service provided by Horizon to its Horizon End Users, utilizing the PCS Service provided to Horizon by the Alliances, under Horizon's and/or Sprint PCS' labels, brands and marks, or other labels, brands or marks which Horizon is permitted to use under the Management Agreement.
Private Label Service means, with respect to any SIG Party, the PCS Service provided by such SIG Party (or by a Controlled Affiliate of such SIG Party pursuant to Section 2.7) to end user customers as a reseller of the PCS Service pursuant to this Agreement. Private Label Service does not include any roaming services provided under Section 13.5(b).

  • Supplier shall not solicit or sell any Private Label Service to any customer located outside the Territory nor sell to any customer within the Territory for delivery, use, or resale outside of the Territory.

  • Purchaser will report any trouble with respect to the Private Label Service to Sprint only upon reasonable verification that the trouble is due to reasons other than misuse or malfunctioning of End User handsets, the failure of those handsets to meet standards for compatibility with PCS Service or other elements or conditions within the reasonable control of Purchaser.

  • If any handset used by an End User does not comply with the standards set forth in this Section 8.1.1, Purchaser will ensure that the handset is not used and, if necessary, terminate the use, or terminate the Private Label Service to the offending End User.

  • Purchaser will not, directly or indirectly, (i) solicit, entertain or accept any offer of any reseller or (ii) enter into any agreement or other arrangement, to sell or otherwise offer a reseller Private Label Service, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

  • Purchaser will be responsible and liable for all services provided to End Users, such as End User credit verification, billing, collection, customer service, and all support necessary to provide Private Label Service and all risks and expenses in connection with, related to or arising out of the provision of Private Label Service.

Private Label Service means the web services off▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇ny Partners to SBOs through the Vista.com Network, which allow the SBOs to create and maintain their ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ sites and which consist of (i) Vista.com Basic Services, "SBOS" means those small business owners o▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇nd users of any Private Label Service. "SERVICES" means the Vista.com Basic Services.
Private Label Service means all Internet-based, wholesale Automobile listing and purchasing systems that Cobalt makes available to GE Capital or markets to third parties such as OEMs and automobile dealers and lessors for use by GE Capital or such third parties, as the case may be, as a private label, Internet-based, wholesale Automobile listing and purchasing system, which system may include all or less than all of the features included and/or Automobiles listed in Mowven as made available on MotorPlace.
Private Label Service means the Services provided by Sprint to Purchaser under this Agreement which are then provided by Purchaser to its End Users under Purchaser’s label, brand and marks.
Private Label Service means the wireless or similar Private Wireless Solution provided by Customer under its own Brand to Customer’s Client utilizing in whole or in part the PWaaS provided to Customer under a particular SOW.
