Private Lateral definition

Private Lateral means the water pipe from a service connection (as defined in Section 116275 of the Health and Safety Code) to a residential, commercial, institutional, or industrial structure.
Private Lateral means that portion of a sanitary sewer conveyance pipe that extends from the wastewater main to the single-family, multi-family, apartment, or other dwelling unit or commercial or industrial structure to which wastewater service is or has been provided.
Private Lateral means a sewer pipe from the public right-of-way to a residential, commercial, institutional, or industrial structure.
