Privileged Documents definition

Privileged Documents means any documents that are Attorney-Client Privilege Documents and/or Work Product Privilege Documents.
Privileged Documents has the meaning specified in Section 2.4.
Privileged Documents means all documents and communications maintained by the Debtors and subject to attorney-client, work product, or common interest privilege claims.

  • Notwithstanding the above, the Company reserves the right to withhold from the Reinsurer any Privileged Documents.

Privileged Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 2(c)(i).
Privileged Documents means all documents (and compilations of documents completed by, for or on behalf of counsel) that are subject to any legal privilege, including the attorney-client privilege or the attorney work product protection, which relate to any Action
Privileged Documents means any documents that are Attorney-Client Privilege Documents and/or Work Product Privilege Documents. 2. “Attorney-Client Privilege Documents” means communications of a confidential nature between (a) the Company, or anyone retained by or at the direction of the Company, or its in-house or outside legal counsel, or anyone in the control of such legal counsel, and (b) any in-house or outside legal counsel, if such communications relate to legal advice being sought by the Company and/or contain legal advice being provided to the Company. 3. “Work Product Privilege Documents” means communications, written materials and tangible things prepared by or for in-house or outside counsel, or prepared by or for the Company, in anticipation of or in connection with litigation, arbitration, or other dispute resolution proceedings.
Privileged Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.16(c).
Privileged Documents shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.5.
Privileged Documents means any Board Papers in respect of which legal professional privilege applies solely in favour of the company, jointly in favour of the company and the Director or, as the case may be, jointly in favour of the Director and one or more other directors of the company.
