Privileged Documents definition

Privileged Documents means any documents that are Attorney-Client Privilege Documents and/or Work Product Privilege Documents.
Privileged Documents has the meaning specified in Section 2.4.
Privileged Documents means all documents and communications maintained by the Debtors and subject to attorney-client, work product, or common interest privilege claims.

More Definitions of Privileged Documents

Privileged Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 2(c)(i).
Privileged Documents means all documents (and compilations of documents completed by, for or on behalf of counsel) that are subject to any legal privilege, including the attorney-client privilege or the attorney work product protection, which relate to any Action involving Louisiana-Pacific or its Affiliates or other Liability for which Louisiana-Pacific or its Affiliates may be responsible.
