Pro Forma Period definition

Pro Forma Period means the period commencing thirty (30) days prior to the date an event is proposed by the Borrower to occur through the date of such event.
Pro Forma Period shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.2(c).
Pro Forma Period means the period commencing thirty (30) days prior to the date of any proposed designated action and ending on the date of such proposed designated action.
