Pro Forma Restaurant EBITDA definition
Pro Forma Restaurant EBITDA means, with respect to any Restaurant that is subject to a Pro Forma Re- Image Unit EBITDA adjustment, the Restaurant EBITDA attributable to such Restaurant for the period in which such Restaurant is temporarily closed, which shall be calculated based upon the average Restaurant EBITDA for the six (6) consecutive month period immediately preceding the date of closure.
