For the avoidance of doubt, all Revolving Loans made on or after the Sixth Amendment Effective Date and prior to the Tranche B Revolving Termination Date and/or the Tranche A Revolving Termination Date, as applicable, shall be made by each Revolving Lender pro rata in accordance with its respective Pro Rata Percentage.
