Process Agent definition

Process Agent has the meaning specified in Section 9.12(a).

Process Agent shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.09(d).

Examples of Process Agent in a sentence

• Guarantor hereby irrevocably appoints its Process Agent as its true and lawful agent and attorney-in-fact in its name, place and stead to accept such service of any and all writs, processes and summonses.
