Process Consumables definition

Process Consumables means media, raw materials, chromatography columns, resins, filters, membranes, disposable analytical test kits, hoses, filter housings, tubing, filling needles, disposable bags, disposable glass/plasticware, cleaning supplies and other changeover parts consumed during the manufacture of Product.
Process Consumables means materials used as an aid in the Production of Product that do not become part of the finished Product including but not limited to filters, tubing, Product contact disposables, containers, and bags.
Process Consumables means media, resins, raw materials, filters, membranes, product contact materials or surfaces, disposable lab supplies and similar materials used in the manufacture of Product. Provided, however, that Process Consumables shall not include components of manufacture supplied by third parties such as labels (hereinafter referred to as “Manufacture Components”).

  • Invoices will include a summary of activities completed during the invoice period, including activities completed and an indication of Process Consumables purchased.

  • For each batch canceled by Savient, Savient will pay Enzon an amount equal to the minimum batch price set forth on Exhibit C (less nineteen thousand eight hundred ninety dollars ($19,890) representing unused Process Consumables and Manufacturing Components), which amount shall represent liquidated damages resulting from unused manufacturing capacity.
