Process Package definition

Process Package means the Process Design Package, and all isobutanol related licensed patents and know-how.
Process Package means the package, for the applicable MANUFACTURING PROCESS, containing the documentation and materials set forth in Section 14.4.1 to the extent these documents and information are in existence as at the relevant transfer date and to the extent these are necessary and for the sole purpose that HORIZON or a secondary supplier may implement the MANUFACTURING PROCESS and analytical methods in order to manufacture and produce DRUG SUBSTANCE and PRODUCT.

Process Package includes the set of information and documentation required to design, specify, procure, build and operate a MR3 Facility including but not necessarily limited to Process Flow Drawing(s), General Arrangement Drawing(s), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams, Detailed Process Description, Detailed Functional Control Description, Finalized Major Equipment List, and Major Process Equipment and Instrumentation Data Sheets.

Related to Process Package

  • Work package means a major sub-division of the proposed project.

Training Plan means the plan for the training and assessment to be delivered to an individual created by the Training Provider pursuant to Clause 7 of Schedule 1.
