Processing Agreements definition

Processing Agreements means all agreements entered into by a PSA Entity with a Processor for the refining of doré into Refined Gold for the benefit of a PSA Entity, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented, or superseded from time to time.

Processing Agreements means that certain Master Services Agreement dated on or about November 19, 2004 between TRM ATM and eFunds Corporation and that certain Money Access Service Processing Agreement dated March 3, 1999 between Star Processing, Inc. (f/k/a Money access Services, Inc.) and TRM ATM, as each such agreement may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

• This Agreement, including any referenced Schedules and Exhibits hereto and those provisions of the Merchant Processing Agreements referenced in Section 3 hereof, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all proposals, oral and written, and all other communications between the parties, in relation to the subject matter of this Agreement.

Processing Agreements means FSP Agreement, ISO Sponsorship Agreement, and any agreement with a third party used by Seller in connection with the Merchant’s transactions.
