Processing Fees and Charges definition

Processing Fees and Charges means all processing fees and charges required by the City including, but not limited to, fees and charges for land use applications, Project permits, building applications, building permits, grading permits, encroachment permits, tract or parcel maps, lot line adjustments, air right lots, street vacations, certificates of occupancy and other similar permits. Processing Fees and Charges shall not include Impact Fees.

Processing Fees and Charges means all fees and charges duly adopted and imposed by the City on a uniform, non-discretionary basis on all development projects within the City to defray actual costs of processing entitlement applications. Processing Fees and Charges include, without limitation, fees for land use applications, project permits, building applications, building permits, grading permits, encroachment permits, tract or parcel maps, lot line adjustments, air right lots, street vacations, certificates of occupancy and other similar permits. Processing Fees and Charges shall not include Impact Fees.

Processing Fees and Charges means customary administrative fees and charges imposed by the City for all new development pursuant to a validly adopted ordinance for charges of general applicability, including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, Project permits, building applications, building permits, grading permits, encroachment permits, tract or parcel maps, lot line adjustments, street vacations, certificates of occupancy and other similar permits as more particularly described on Exhibit B hereto. Processing Fees and Charges are not fees or charges imposed on impacts of new development in violation of the express limitations set forth in this Agreement. Examples of Processing Fees and Charges in a sentence

  • Upon satisfactory completion by Developer of all required applications and payment of applicable Processing Fees and Charges, including the fee for processing this Agreement, if Developer proceeds with the Project, the City and Developer shall commence and diligently process all required steps necessary for the implementation of this Agreement and development of the Project in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Developer shall pay all Processing Fees and Charges for Ministerial Permits and Approvals and Inspections at the rate in effect at the time they are sought.

Related to Processing Fees and Charges

  • Fees and Charges means the fees and charges set out in Appendix 2, including such fees and charges as may be revised by the Service Provider from time to time by amendment to Appendix 2 in accordance with this Agreement;

They may also include reasonable, incremental meal, accommodation and travel expenses.

  • Tuition Fees means a sum specified in the Offer Letter, payable by the Student to cover tuition, access to College facilities, enrolment procedures and orientation meetings, use of Information Technology facilities, exam sitting and a Kaplan award on successful completion of the Programme; and

  • Support Fees means the fees, if any, payable by the State for Maintenance and Support Services as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.
