Processor Services definition

Processor Services means the applicable services listed at xxxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxxx.

Processor Services refers to the services optioned in the Agreement and described collectively in Appendix 1.

Processor Services means the provision of maintenance and support services, consultancy or professional services and the provision of software as a service or any other services provided under the Agreement where Bitrix24 Processes Personal Data of Customer.

Examples of Processor Services in a sentence

• The Controller may contact Agile with regard to all aspects of this Data Processing Agreement, at the e-mail/certified electronic e-mail addresses: a) indicated by Agile in the Contract; b) used by Agile during provision of the Processor Services to receive certain notifications from the Controller concerning this Data Processing Agreement.

• Without prejudice to the obligations of Agile under Sections 7.1 (Security Measures and Assistance by Agile) and 7.2 (Incidents), the Controller acknowledges that it is the sole party responsible for the use of the Processor Services, including the protection of authentication credentials, systems and devices used by the Controller to access the Processor Services.

• If the Processor Services include the possibility for the Client to independently erase Client Personal Data, Agile shall ensure, insofar as possible, that this operation is guaranteed for the entire Duration, unless European or domestic legislation requires storage of such data for a longer period.

• The Controller shall grant a general authorization to use Subprocessors for provision of the Processor Services.

• Accordingly, Customer will, where requested and as applicable to Customer, provide such information to Google via the user interface of the Processor Services or via such other means as may be provided by Google, and will use such user interface or other means to ensure that all information provided is kept accurate and up-to-date.

More Definitions of Processor Services

Processor Services means all Services under the Agreement which are not Controller Services and any other services for which Billtrust would factually act as a Processor on behalf of Customer;
