Processor Services refers to the services optioned in the Agreement and described collectively in Appendix 1.

Processor Services means all Services provided to Customer pursuant to the Agreement which are not Controller Services and for which Billtrust would factually act as a Processor on behalf of Customer, as more specifically described in Exhibit A;

• Google employs a code review process to increase the security of the code used to provide the Processor Services and enhance the security products in production environments.

• Customer's administrators and users must authenticate themselves via a central authentication system or via a single sign on system in order to use the Processor Services.

• If Customer uses any Additional Product, the Processor Services may allow that Additional Product to access Customer Personal Data as required for the interoperation of the Additional Product with the Processor Services.

• Google’s infrastructure security personnel are responsible for the ongoing monitoring of Google’s security infrastructure, the review of the Processor Services, and responding to security incidents.

• Google may update or modify such Security Measures from time to time, provided that such updates and modifications do not result in the degradation of the overall security of the Processor Services.

More Definitions of Processor Services

Processor Services means the provision of maintenance and support services, consultancy or professional services and the provision of software as a service or any other services provided under the Agreement where Bitrix24 Processes Personal Data of Customer.

Processor Services. Means such of the Additional Services that may be provided by Medigold Health under this agreement pursuant to which Medigold Health processes Personal Data in the capacity of Processor.
