Such events may include, but are not restricted to, acts of the Procuring Agency in its sovereign capacity, wars or revolutions, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, and freight embargoes.

Damages 15.1.Subject to GCC Clause 17, if the Service Provider fails to provide the Services as per requirement/ within the period(s) specified in the Contract, the Procuring Agency shall, without prejudice to its other remedies under the Contract, deduct from the Contract Price, as liquidated damages, a sum equivalent to the percentage specified in SCC of the unperformed Services for each week or part thereof of delay until actual performance, up to a maximum deduction of the 10% of the contract price.
