Product Candidate definition

Product Candidate means any pharmaceutical product developed, manufactured and/or tested by or on behalf of the Company that has not received a Regulatory Authorization for commercial distribution other than in connection with pre-clinical or clinical trials.
Product Candidate means each of MYO-101, MYO-102, MYO-103, MYO-201 and MYO-301, as defined on Exhibit B, in each case in any form or formulation.

  • Prior to the expiration of the Collaboration Term, Xxxxx may designate a Product Candidate as an “Elected Candidate” hereunder by providing Moderna with written notice of the same (an “Elected Candidate Notice”); provided that Merck may make no more than five (5) such designations, in the aggregate, hereunder (the “Elected Candidate Cap”).
