Product Cost definition

Product Cost has the meaning specified in Section 8.7.
Product Cost means actual cost paid by InterMune to the manufacturer for each Actimmune Unit, regardless of whether the manufacturer is Genentech or a third party manufacturer qualified pursuant to the manufacturing transition contemplated by Section 3.
Product Cost means the “AG Product Cost by Unit Type” as set forth on Schedule A multiplied by the sales volume for the applicable unit type for the applicable Net Sales reporting period, subject to Sections 4.12 and 4.13.

Examples of Product Cost in a sentence

  • For purposes of this provision, “Confidential Product Cost Information” shall mean SVU’s confidential information dealing with or relating to SVU’s acquisition cost of products purchased for resale, including any invoice price, rebates, allowances, incentive payments, and marketing and other funds related to such products.

  • The rate of return (finance rate) may be determined by applying to the Product Cost, the rate that will amortize the Product Cost down to the Purchase Option amount by applying as payments, the Lease Payments.

  • The total return on Lessor’s investment (the total finance charge) is determined by deducting the Product Cost (as determined above) from the Time Price.
