Product Documents. “ shall mean, with respect to various securities transactions, the product related documents prepared by the issuer, dealers and distributors, including but not limited to any application agreements, placing memorandums, product prospectuses, offer documents, IPO prospectus, memorandum and articles of association, outline of operation, trust deed, trust declaration, limited partnership agreement, contracts, plans, constitutional documents, preliminary offering documents, circulars, offering documents or explanatory memorandum prepared in English, Chinese or other languages and any supplement or memorandum of the above.
Product Documents means all manuals, designs, plans, drawings, data, software, and other files and documents relating to the Product;

Product Documents means for each Reversion Product (a) the human clinical experience database; (b) all documents filed to the IND, NDA and foreign equivalents; and (c) all correspondence with the FDA or equivalent foreign agencies.
Product Documents means the data and documents set forth on Exhibit B, as such Exhibit B may be amended pursuant to Section 3.2. Any defined terms contained in this Termination Agreement that are not defined hereunder shall have the meaning assigned to those terms in the License Agreement.
Product Documents means any documents concerning the Products, the Software and the End-User Licence as supplied by ESET UK, ESET LLC or ESET SPOL, including marketing documents whether by email, over the internet or in hard copy format.
