Product Samples definition

Product Samples mean any form of Product to be used solely for promotional purposes and identified with appropriate wording, if necessary.
Product Samples has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.
Product Samples means samples of the Product of equal strength and lesser quantity (e.g., * gram tubes) than the actual Product.

  • With respect to each purchase order of any Product or Product Samples issued by Teoxane, Revance shall invoice Teoxane at the time of shipment of the Product or Product Samples in an amount equal to the applicable Transfer Price multiplied by the number of Product Units of such Product and Product Samples included in the shipment (the “Supply Price” for such Batch), and Teoxane shall pay such invoice within thirty (30) days after Teoxane’s receipt of such invoice from Revance.

  • Revance shall be solely responsible for the Manufacture and storage of all Products and Product Samples until delivery thereof in accordance with Section 5.03.

More Definitions of Product Samples

Product Samples means the complimentary supply of units of the Product which are distributed to customers for the purpose of Promoting use of Product for Autoimmune Indications.

Additional prices are requested for delivery of bulk items in bottom xxxxxx and xxxxx delivery equipment and for pick-up at the Bidder’s location however such prices will not be part of the bid evaluation. Nonetheless Bidders are encouraged to offer bids on all non-evaluated items. Allowance prices are requested for customer pick-up of individual items however such allowances will not be a part of the bid evaluation. Bidders are encouraged to offer pricing on all non-evaluated allowances.
