Product Schedule definition

Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.

Product Schedule means a schedule executed and delivered by the Parties in accordance with Section 2.1.

Product Schedule means the “Product Schedule” that forms part of the Contract.

Examples of Product Schedule in a sentence

• If the terms and conditions of a Product Schedule add to or conflict with this Agreement, the applicable Product Schedule will control as to the additional or conflicting term(s).

• Unless otherwise stated in a Product Schedule, the delivery term for all deliveries is lncoterm EXW (EX-Factory) Origin to Ceribell, whose address is stated in this agreement, Ceribell will inform Supplier about any change of the Ceribell address.

More Definitions of Product Schedule

Product Schedule means a product schedule documenting the specific terms and conditions applying to a Product as may be amended, updated or replaced from time to time (and includes any Electronic Platform Schedules);

Product Schedule means Exhibit A attached to this Agreement (as may be amended by LMIC in accordance with Section 2.3 from time to time).

Product Schedule refers to a separate agreement for certain cash management services offered by Financial Institution.
