Product Software means any software including audio and video material developed by a Licensed Publisher or Licensed Developer, which, either by itself or combined with Product Software of other licensees, when integrated with software provided by SCEA or an Affiliate of SCEA, creates Executable Software. It is understood that Product Software contains no proprietary information of Sony or any other rights of SCEA.
Product Software means the software provided by Eaton to you, which includes any applications, firmware and/or platforms provided to you from time to time;
Product Software in respect of each Product means any machine readable object code version of software within the Product and all rights associated with that software. “Product Software” does not include any source code.

Product Software means computer programs related to the Feed Enzymes Product(s), including all software implementations of algorithms, models, and methodologies whether in source code or object code form, databases and compilations, including any and all data and collections of data, all documentation, including user manuals and training materials, related to any of the foregoing and the content and information contained on any Website; provided, however, that “Product Software” does not include software that is readily purchasable or licensable and which has not been modified in a manner material to the use or function thereof (other than through user preference settings).
Product Software means any and all Software used or intended for use in the design, development or production of Products at the Closing Date (whether or not as part of the Products and including any such Software that constitutes a Product), including the design and development of the Products and including all Software listed on Schedule 1.2(k).
Product Software means any and all versions of any Software, in source or object code form (including firmware or driver), that is distributed by Seller as Software for use on, with or for Business Products.

The term “Product Software” excludes software that is readily purchasable or licensable from sources other than Novartis that has not been modified in a manner material to the use or function thereof (other than through user preference settings).
