Product Terms means the document that provides information about Microsoft Products and Professional Services available through volume licensing. The Product Terms document is published on the Volume Licensing Site and is updated from time to time.

More Definitions of Product Terms

Product Terms means the terms associated with each License Type and any other terms associated with an individual Product. The Product Terms for Products in a Signed Order or a Governing Quotation shall be as stated in the Signed Order or Governing Quotation. If no Product Terms are stated in the Signed Order or Governing Quotation, if the Order is placed with a PO only, if the Order is placed through the eStore, or if the Products are purchased from a Partner, then the Product Terms for such Products shall be as stated in the Product Guide as of the date of the Order or purchase.
