Professional Adviser definition

Professional Adviser means a person appointed by the client to provide the client with financial planning and advice services.

More Definitions of Professional Adviser

Professional Adviser means any qualified solicitor, barrister, accountant, actuary, broker, medical practitioner or any other professional person.
Professional Adviser has the meaning given in paragraph 8.1. “Rules” has the meaning given in paragraph 2.3.
