The Professional Adviser will either be detailed in the Application as the Professional Adviser or, for instance where the Client is a Nominee Client, will be advised to the Company by the Investor.
The agreements will need to be on such terms as to remuneration, liability or otherwise as we think fit and will include terms limiting the Scheme’s liability to the Professional Adviser to the value of your SIPP Fund.
You will not make any other documents made available to You by the Company, including the Non-Retail Securities Documents, Professional Adviser Information Pack (‘PAIP’), Product Proposal Pack (‘PPP’), Private Placement Distribution Agreement, the Professional Adviser Academy or the Training Materials, available to Your Client without the express written consent of the Company.
If you are a Professional Adviser, the terms of this paragraph 4 shall apply to you as a Vestd member.
By accepting these Terms, you warrant to us that you (i) satisfy the definition of a Company; or (ii) are a Professional Adviser.
