Professional College definition

Professional College means a college in which instruction is given in any of the following subjects:-

Professional College means a college providing for instruction in courses of study leading to a degree in medicine, engineering, agriculture, commerce, education, law, fine arts or such other subjects as may be prescribed by Regulations to be professional subjects;

Professional College means a college affiliated to the University in which instruction is provided primarily for courses of study leading to any degree, diploma or certificate of the University in any professional subject and which is recognized under this Act as a professional college;

Examples of Professional College in a sentence

• The personnel designated by the Awarded Proponent to oversee the project must be authorized and licensed to exercise the professions of engineering and/or architecture in Puerto Rico and must be a bona fide member of the Professional College of Engineers and Land Surveyors of Puerto Rico or the Architects and Landscape Architects Association of Puerto Rico with the corresponding membership fee payment up to date.• Please refer to Appendix E for a complete FEMA’s SOW.

• L32.5 A Teacher required to attend a hearing or decision at the Ontario College of Teachers or any Professional College shall be granted a paid day.

More Definitions of Professional College

Professional College means a college established or maintained by the University or affiliated to the University and providing courses of study leading up to the professional degrees of the University;
