Professional Compensation definition

Professional Compensation means payment made for services rendered to a Medicaid recipient by an individual licensed to provide health care services.
Professional Compensation means (i) any amounts that the Bankruptcy Court allows pursuant to section 327, 328, 330, 331, 363, 503(b) or 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code as compensation earned, and reimbursement of expenses incurred, by Professionals employed by the Debtors and the Creditors’ Committee, and (ii) any amounts the Bankruptcy Court allows pursuant to sections 503(b) of the Bankruptcy Code in connection with the making of a substantial contribution to the Chapter 11 Cases.
Professional Compensation means the fees and expenses of Professionals (including, without limitation: (a) success fees allowed or awarded by a Final Order of the Bankruptcy Court or any other court of competent jurisdiction, and (b) fees or expenses allowed or awarded by a Final Order of the Bankruptcy Court or any other court of competent jurisdiction) for legal, financial advisory, accounting and other services and reimbursement of expenses that are awardable and allowable under Sections 328, 330(a), 331 or 503(b)(2-5) of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Objections to Professional Compensation Claims must be Filed and served on the Reorganized Debtors and the Professional to whose application the objections are addressed no later than the Professional Compensation Claim Objection Deadline.

  • After notice and a hearing in accordance with the procedures established by the Bankruptcy Code and prior Bankruptcy Court orders, the Allowed amounts of such Accrued Professional Compensation Claims shall be determined by the Bankruptcy Court.
