Professional Fee Claim definition

Professional Fee Claim means a Claim by a professional seeking an award by the Bankruptcy Court of compensation for services rendered or reimbursement of expenses incurred through and including the Confirmation Date under sections 330, 331, 503(b)(2), 503(b)(3), 503(b)(4), or 503(b)(5) of the Bankruptcy Code.
Professional Fee Claim means a Claim of a Professional for compensation or reimbursement of costs and expenses relating to services rendered after the Petition Date and prior to and including the Effective Date.
Professional Fee Claim means any Administrative Claim for the compensation of Professionals and the reimbursement of expenses incurred by such Professionals through and including the Confirmation Date to the extent such fees and expenses have not been paid pursuant to an order of the Bankruptcy Court. To the extent the Bankruptcy Court denies or reduces by a Final Order any amount of a Professional’s requested fees and expenses, then the amount by which such fees or expenses are reduced or denied shall reduce the applicable Professional Fee Claim.

  • On and after the Confirmation Date, the Holder of a Claim (other than a Professional Fee Claim) must obtain the (Reorganized) Debtors’ written consent (email being sufficient) or a Final Order of the Bankruptcy Court to amend a Claim.

Professional Fee Claim means a Claim for Accrued Professional Compensation under sections 328, 330, 331, or 503 of the Bankruptcy Code.

Professional Fee Claim means a Claim for any accrued but unpaid fees and expenses owed to a Professional pursuant to such Professional’s engagement letter or otherwise under Bankruptcy Code sections 328, 330, 331, 503(b), 1103 or 503; provided that any such Professional Fee Claim shall be reduced by the amount of any retainer held by such Professional.
