Professional Fee Reserve Amount definition

Professional Fee Reserve Amount means the total amount of Professional Fee Claims estimated in accordance with Article II.A.2(c) of the Plan.

Professional Fee Reserve Amount means the aggregate Accrued Professional Compensation through the Effective Date as estimated by the Retained Professionals in accordance with Article II.A.2.c of this Plan.

Professional Fee Reserve Amount means the aggregate amount of Professional Fee Claims that the Professionals estimate they have incurred or will incur in rendering services to the Debtors prior to and as of the Effective Date, which estimates Professionals shall deliver to the Debtors as set forth in Article II.B.3 of this Plan.

• The total amount so estimated as of the Effective Date shall comprise the Professional Fee Reserve Amount.

More Definitions of Professional Fee Reserve Amount

Professional Fee Reserve Amount means the aggregate Accrued Professional Compensation Claims through the Effective Date as estimated in accordance with Article II.A.2(c) hereof.

Professional Fee Reserve Amount means the estimate, as determined in accordance with Section 3.2.3 of the Plan, of the aggregate amount of unpaid Professional Claims for all Professionals through the Effective Date.

Professional Fee Reserve Amount means Accrued Professional Compensation through the Effective Date as estimated by the Professionals in accordance with Article IX.D.
