If the Professional Services Consultant's construction cost estimate exceeds the Owner’s original, or, if applicable, adjusted estimated construction cost contained in the Total Project Budget, the Professional Services Consultant shall recommend to the Owner items of possible cost reduction(s) to bring the Project within the Total Project Budget.
