Professional Services Data definition
Professional Services Data means all data, including all text, sound, video, image files or software, that are provided to Microsoft, by or on behalf of a Customer (or that Customer authorizes Microsoft to obtain from an Online Service) or otherwise obtained or processed by or on behalf of Microsoft through an engagement with Microsoft to obtain Professional Services. Professional Services Data includes Support Data.
Professional Services Data means electronic data or information that is provided to Provider under a Professional Services engagement with Provider for the purpose of being input into the Provider Service, or Customer Data accessed within or extracted from the Customer’s tenant to perform the Professional Services.
Professional Services Data means all data, including all text, sound, video, image files, or software, that are provided to Microsoft or its Affiliates by, or on behalf of, Customer and its Affiliates (or that Customer or an Affiliate authorizes Microsoft to obtain from an Online Service) or otherwise obtained or processed by or on behalf of Microsoft or its Affiliates through an engagement with Microsoft to obtain Professional Services.
Examples of Professional Services Data in a sentence
No limitation or exclusions will apply to liability arising out of either party’s (1) confidentiality obligations (except for all liability related to Customer Data and Professional Services Data, which will remain subject to the limitations and exclusions above); (2) defense obligations; or (3) violation of the other party’s intellectual property rights.
To the extent applicable, each party will comply with its respective obligations under the Support and Professional Services Data Protection Addendum listed on the F5 Policies and Documentation page (located here ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇/company/policies), which forms part of this Agreement.
More Definitions of Professional Services Data
Professional Services Data means all data that is provided to iManage, by or on behalf of Customer (or that Customer authorizes iManage to obtain from the Cloud Services), or otherwise obtained by or on behalf of iManage through an engagement with iManage to obtain Professional Services.
Professional Services Data if not defined in the DPE, means electronic data or information that is provided to Workday hereunder for the purpose of being input into a Service, or any other Covered Data accessed within or extracted from a Service to perform the Professional Services.
Professional Services Data if not defined in the Universal Data Processing Exhibit, Data Processing Exhibit, or Data Protection Agreement (as applicable) between the parties, means electronic data or information that is provided to Workday under the PSA for the purpose of being input into the Service, or Customer Data accessed within or extracted from Customer’s Tenant to perform the Professional Services.
Professional Services Data means any information relating to (i) an identified or identifiable natural person and, (ii) an identified or identifiable legal entity (where such information is protected similarly as Personal Data or personally identifiable information under applicable Data Protection Laws and Regulations), where for each (i) or (ii), such data is provided by or for Customer to PCS as a Processor in order to perform the Professional Services pursuant to an Agreement.

For liability arising out of either party’s confidentiality obligations relating to Professional Services Data provided under this Work Order, each party’s maximum, aggregate liability to the other is limited to direct damages finally awarded in an amount not to exceed the amounts Customer paid for the applicable Professional Services under this Work Order.
