Program Fee definition

Program Fee. As defined in the Fee Letter.

More Definitions of Program Fee

Program Fee means the fee payable by the Transferor to the Company pursuant to Section 2.7 hereof, the terms of which are set forth in the Fee Letter.

Program Fee means the amount You pay monthly for protection under the Contract. The amount You pay is applied in arrears. This means the monthly amount You pay is for the previous month of protection. The rate used to determine the Program Fee is subject to change. PROTECTED BALANCE means the principal, interest, the Program Fee and any amounts which the Creditor and the Borrower agreed to finance as part of the Loan. You are responsible for re-paying any amounts that are not cancelled.
Program Fee means, for each day, the amount equal to the product of (x) the Capital on such day, times (y) the Program Fee Rate, times (z) 1/360.
Program Fee shall have the meaning specified in the Transaction Fee Letter.
Program Fee means a fee, calculated on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed divided by 360 and payable by the SPV to each Investor, on each Remittance Date, in an amount equal to the product of (i) the daily average Net Investment held by such Investor during the calendar month immediately prior to such Remittance Date, and (ii) forty (40) basis points per annum.
